How the body code can help in all areas of your life (not just health).

There may be ways in which the body code can help you in many areas of your life that you’ve never considered before! Read on to find out how to maximise on the benefits of the body code.

I’d like to start with some fresh ideas on creating an intention before a body code session.
Most often, my clients focus on a health symptom they want to release or change. Did you know you could also work on a specific goal in any area of your life?

The trick here is to get specific. If you know what you want to manifest, prepare for it.

Act as if it has already happened. Phrase your intention succinctly and clearly. Write it down. Also, notice your thoughts. If you believe you can, you can. If you do not believe you can, your subconscious mind will fulfill that truth.

“The game of life is a game of boomerangs. Our thoughts, deeds, and words return to us sooner or later with astounding accuracy.” – Florence Scovel Shinn.

Feel free to schedule a free call with me if you want to know how the body code session can help your specific needs or send me an email!

How to set a specific intention for your body code session:

Instead of working on the topic of relationship issues, get more specific and narrow it down to “irritation with Tim”.

Instead of money blockages, the intention could be “why do I overspend on clothing?”

A client may come to me wanting to strengthen their immunity. I test at the beginning of the session and let’s say their immune system is operating at 53%. That gives us data as we target a specific goal to find out what is causing low immunity. Then we test again post-session, drilling down further, always working toward 100%.

We set an intention then trust the infinite intelligence of your body and subconscious mind to get to work.

Other issues to consider using the body code for are:

PTSD, not being able to let things go, extreme introversion, addiction, a certain behavior, or focusing on another person too much.

Some other questions to ask when crafting your intention include:

What can you not do because of an issue? Where can’t you go? How are you being held back? Who can’t you spend time with?

Or focus on a goal. This is an intention coming from another angle. A goal-oriented intention is one in which you imagine the goal in your body and spirit as reality, as it has already come to pass.

The session will help to release blockages preventing that goal from manifesting.

A goal could be a new home, a harmonious relationship with Jane at work, having plenty of time to live in a relaxed way with ease and grace, and a happy work/life balance.

Another goal may be to create a harmonious home life with your spouse and children.

Identifying goals creates a vibration.

This makes it easy for your subconscious to find conflicts. A goal-oriented question may be ‘Do I have an exercise block”? Or “Am I blocked from creating great health, or wealth?”, “Is it okay for me to have the love of my life?”

Man must prepare for the thing he has asked for, even when there isn’t the slightest sign of it in sight.” – Florence Scovel Shinn.

After a session, notice what happens over the next week or two.

Have gratitude that you are healing and contributing to humanity by doing so. As one person heals, we all heal. This uplifts our world and allows us to live in harmony together. Infinite Intelligence has your back.

Trust the process.
